What is Tongits Go and why is it so popular?
Tongits Go is a great online card game made by JILI Game Studio — a digital version of the traditional Filipino Tongits card game. It has won the hearts of millions of card game fans around the world, and on the 678vd platform it is made easily available to players in Bangladesh.
The main appeal of the game is its simple yet strategic nature. Each player is dealt a set number of cards and their goal is to form melded sets with those cards. The player who uses up all their cards first wins.
The advantage of playing Tongits Go at 678vd is that it is fully mobile-friendly. You can play from home or anywhere outside on your smartphone. The game's interface is easy to navigate and straightforward even for new players.
How to play Tongits Go?
The rules are easy to understand, but mastering winning strategies takes a bit of practice.
Card Dealing
Each player receives a set number of cards. Once the game starts, the remaining cards from the deck are placed in the middle.
Drawing and Discarding
On each turn, draw a card (from the deck or discard pile) and discard one card. Pay attention to what cards your opponent is discarding.
Forming Melds
Form melds using three or more cards of the same rank or in the same sequence. Place melds on the table and add cards to your opponent's melds as well.
Winning Condition
Call "Tongits!" when you have used all your cards. If the deck runs out before that, the player with the lowest point value in hand wins.

Effective strategies for winning
Tongits Go is not just a game of luck — strategy plays an important role too. Experienced players follow a few key strategies to improve their chances of winning.
- Discard high-value cards early — If high-value cards in your hand (J, Q, K) cannot be melded, discard them quickly. This keeps your point total low.
- Watch your opponent's cards — Pay attention to which cards your opponent is drawing or discarding. This helps you figure out which melds they are building.
- Use the discard pile — Instead of drawing from the deck, picking from the discard pile can get you the exact card you need right away.
- Declare Tongits at the right moment — Only call Tongits when you have no cards left in hand. Calling too early can cost you points.
Regular practice at 678vd will help you master these strategies even better on your own. Start with small bets and build up your experience gradually.
